Usage

---

• All original content, including artwork, photography, images and text © Jill Martin-Golden 2007-2014.  All Rights Reserved. The buyer purchases the original work or print as object and not the rights to the original image, which is retained by the artist.
• Please ask before using any of my images on another website.
• Custom ink drawings and portraits: This commission is for personal use only. You are granting me a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display this work in my portfolios, both online and off line.  I cannot sell prints of it without your permission.

Payment

---

• A 8.25% sales tax will be applied to Illinois residents during check out.
• Payment method accepted: PayPay. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account. You can check out as a guest.

Shipping

---

When:

• Giclee’ Prints are shipped directly from our printer; Picture Salon located in Madison, Wisconsin within four business days after cleared purchase is received.
• Cards and custom works are shipped from Jill Rae Finally Art within two business days after cleared purchase is received.
• All custom works will be completed and shipped according to the time frame agreed upon at the initial time of commission. Generally, allow 3 to 4 weeks for portrait to be created. They are sent inside an acetate bag for protection.

Costs:

• Shipping and handling on all Giclee prints and ink drawings is $8.50. For multiple prints, shipping and handling will be the original cost plus $2 for each additional print. You will be directed to use coupon codes when you add an item to your cart.
• Shipping and handling on a custom portrait is $9.50.
• Shipping and handling on all card sets is $5.80. For double sets, shipping and handling will be $6.80.
• All shipping costs are for US orders only. Please contact me if you require an item to be shipped internationally. If you have any questions or need special arrangements, please contact me. Shipping overages will only be refunded if over $2.00.

Returns

---

• If you receive a damaged item, please either return it to me immediately, enclosing the original wrapping with the item, or email / send photos of the damaged items at [email protected] for a refund. If there is any other problem with your order, please contact me straight away.
  
• Giclee prints and card set returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipping as long as you have not caused damage to the print or cards.
  
• Ink Drawings: If you are unsatisfied with the art return it within 30 days for a $35.00 refund. You pay all shipping and handling costs.
  
• Custom Portraits: If you are unsatisfied with the art, return it within 30 days for a refund minus the $75 deposit. You pay all shipping and handling costs for returns.

Class Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY: Requests for refunds from any program must be made no later than 5 working days prior to the first class. Refunds will be issued within 15 days. Please note there is a 20% (maximum $5) processing fee on all refunds. If a class is canceled due to insufficient registration, those registered will be notified prior to the start of the class and the entire fee returned.
