Perspective Basics and Watercolor
Perspective Basics and Watercolor
Thinking about refreshing some of your pencil and watercolor skills?
Beat the summer heat and join us for this fun two session class focusing on simple drawing and watercolor painting techniques.
In the first class we’ll practice perspective drawing as a basis for a simple watercolor landscape painting, then in the second class we will build on those perspective and shading fundamentals as we move onto a watercolor still life.
These classes will be great for beginner and intermediate painters and a offer a fun way to allow yourself some creative time with others.

List of Supplies you will need to bring:
- Pencil and eraser
- A ruler or straight edge
- Watercolor paints (a small selection of basic colors is all you’ll need, color mixing will be discussed in class)
- Watercolor paper ( texture is up to you, but it is suggested you stay away from the cheapest brands as they do not absorb consistently and make your water control more difficult, and that makes painting more difficult)
- Watercolor brushes- (basic sizes, 2,4,6,8,10 round is fine)
- Water container

Here's a chance to pick the painting you want, on the day you want with the people you want and explore several techniques. You need not be an experienced painter to attend these classes. Paintings are always drawn for you so you can concentrate solely on the techniques. All materials are included.

Private Lessons

REFUND POLICY: Requests for refunds from any program must be made no later than 5 working days prior to the first class. Refunds will be issued within 15 days. Please note there is a 20% (maximum $5) processing fee on all refunds. If a class is canceled due to insufficient registration, those registered will be notified prior to the start of the class and the entire fee returned.
