My husband loves trees. He's planted many trees over the years. Judging by the amount of growth in these trees, it would appear that he has a "green" thumb. This pear tree has been quite prolific, producing hundreds of pears each year. Enough pears for the bees, our dogs (who think they're tasty balls) and our family. When you pick these at the peak of their ripeness they are sweet, juicy and incredibly delicious.
