This is my garden with firecrackers, Russian sage and coneflowers. Featured at the top of the watercolor is my small Chinese Maple which I was nursing along... until my husband accidently weed wacked it this Fall. He took the stem and stuck it in the dirt hoping I wouldn't notice. I guess all of us have a bit of "the kid" still in us no matter how old we are.
